Account manager terms
Version uk-2026-11-01 · United Kingdom
These terms are an agreement between you and Standard Consumer Software LLC, the company behind Guardian (“we”, “us”). You accept them by ticking the box on the sign-up form. Please read them: they're short.
1. What you do
You create and run up to 2 TikTok accounts and post on them slideshows made with our generator on creators.guardian-app.xyz, following the guide on that site. You decide when you work and how much, within the daily limit below.
2. What we pay
- £200 for 150 counted slideshows in a calendar month (UK time).
- If you post fewer, you are paid pro rata: £200 × slideshows counted ÷ 150 (that is £1.3333 per slideshow, rounded to the penny on the month's total).
- Up to 5 slideshows a day count, across all your accounts together, and up to 150 in a month. More are welcome but aren't paid.
- A slideshow counts when it is a photo post made with our generator, posted on an account you've added on your page, and still online when we count it. Posts that break the rules in section 4 don't count.
- We count automatically from your accounts once a day. Your page shows the running count. If you think a slideshow is missing, tell us within 7 days of the month ending and we'll check it with you.
- We pay by PayPal to the address you give us, within 7 days of the end of each month, in pounds. There are no bonuses, targets or deductions other than PayPal's own fees, if any.
3. You're independent
You are a self-employed contractor, not an employee or worker. You use your own phone and internet. You're responsible for declaring what you earn and paying any tax or National Insurance on it. You can do other work, including for other companies, as long as it isn't on the accounts you run for Guardian.
4. The rules
- Only post our slideshows on the accounts, using the text, caption and sound we provide.
- Never buy followers, likes or views, use bots, or do anything that breaks TikTok's rules.
- Never post anything about yourself or other real people, and never say anything about Guardian that isn't in our content.
- Tell us the same day if an account gets a warning, a restriction or a ban.
5. The accounts
The accounts you create for Guardian, and what's posted on them, are made for us. When you stop, you'll either give us the login details of each account (email and password) so we can carry it on, or delete it, whichever we ask. You keep your personal accounts entirely separate.
6. Our content
The photos, text and other material in the generator are ours or licensed to us. You may use them only to post for Guardian on these accounts, and not elsewhere.
7. Stopping
Either of us can end this at any time with a message (email or Discord). We pay you for every slideshow counted up to the day it ends, in the next monthly payment. We may end it straight away and not pay for the affected posts if the rules in section 4 are broken.
8. Your information
We keep your name, email, PayPal address, Discord username and your accounts' usernames and public post numbers, to run the program and pay you. We don't sell them or share them except with the services that run the program (our database, email, PayPal, Discord, Notion). Ask us to delete them at any time after your last payment.
9. Changes
If we change the pay or these terms, we'll tell you at least 14 days before, by email. The changes never apply to slideshows already posted.
10. Contact
cesar@guardian-app.xyz, or your private channel on our Discord.
You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to take part.
